The basics
It is a monthly membership for homeowners in Leicester and the East Midlands. You pay a small amount each month and get unlimited plumbing callouts with no separate call-out fee, a 24 hour helpline and priority attendance. The work is carried out by AFS Plumbing and Heating, a local firm, not a national call centre.
It is a service membership with a local plumbing and heating company rather than an insurance policy. The full terms set out exactly what is included, and we would always rather you read them than take our word for it.
Plans start at £4.99 a month, or £54.89 a year. Paying annually works out cheaper. There is nothing extra to pay when an engineer attends a covered callout.

Cover and callouts
Yes. Your membership covers the call-out, so you never pay just for an engineer to turn up to a covered job.
As often as you need to for covered problems. There is no cap and no penalty for using your cover.
Members get priority attendance and we give you an arrival time when you call. Our engineers are local, so we are not travelling in from another county.
Yes, for members. Water damage gets worse by the hour, so there is someone to speak to at 3am on a Sunday.

Your cover starts once your membership is active. Any waiting period will be set out clearly in your terms and conditions.
Joining and paying
Register your interest on the site and we will call you back to talk it through and get you set up. Once payments are live you will be able to join online in a couple of minutes.

Yes. The notice period and any minimum term are set out in the terms and conditions.
Landlords are welcome. The membership needs to be held by whoever is responsible for the plumbing, which is usually the owner.

My shower unit broke and as the primary carer for my elderly mother, time is of the essence. Zach told me not to worry and asked me to send a few photos. Within a day or so, he replaced our old electric shower with a much better and newer one. I most definitely would recommend him.
