The bits people ask about most.
Cover applies to the plumbing inside your home, from your internal stop tap onwards. That is the pipework, the taps, the toilets, the waste pipes and, on our fuller plans, radiators and the heating system.
Burst and leaking pipes
The most common winter callout in the East Midlands. Cold snaps freeze water in exposed pipes, the ice expands, and the pipe splits when it thaws. We isolate the supply, cut out the damaged section and replace it.
Water coming through a ceiling
Usually a failed joint, an overflowing cistern or a shower tray leak on the floor above. Finding the source matters more than the repair, so we trace it properly rather than guessing.
Blocked toilets and waste
Sinks, basins, baths and toilets inside the property. Blockages in the drains outside your boundary belong to the water company, and we will tell you if that is what you are dealing with.
Taps, showers and stop taps
A dripping tap wastes water and money, and a stop tap that will not turn is a problem the day you need it most. Both are covered on Plus and Complete.
Why gas and boilers sit outside cover
Work on gas appliances must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer under separate rules, so it is not part of a plumbing cover plan. Heating system callouts, such as cold radiators, are covered on Complete.
